Kweliz is a product of Glidex Technologies, based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle personal data on kweliz.com and in the Kweliz apps.
What we collect
Details you give us, such as your name, work email and phone number when you book a demo or create an account.
For our customers, the leads they connect to Kweliz: names, phone numbers, answers to qualifier questions and messages. Our customers control this data; we process it for them.
How we use it
To run and improve Kweliz, reply to you, keep accounts secure and meet our legal duties. We don’t sell personal data.
Who we share it with
The sub-processors listed on our Security page, under written agreements. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account is open. Lead data for as long as our customer keeps it, then deleted within 30 days of their request.
Your rights
Under the NDPA and GDPR you can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Email privacy@kweliz.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
